The Artist with Three Mexican Beauties
"My great love is colour- I use it as a vehicle to uplift and travel in my imaginary way, enabling myself to transcend both time and space. Inspiration for my work comes both from Mexican folk art, outsider art and human beings who have used their lives to create value for others.
I am resourceful using materials that are often discarded by others –
The short films I make are visual sweets, also a way to express aspects myself and move on." - Joanna Jacobs
